People ask why I blog and what is a blog? A blog - short for web log, a diary of sorts, where the last post written is the first one displayed. Therefore, the most current information appears first. Disclosure: A small percentage of articles are written by others for me to provide my readers well rounded, valuable information about all things real estate related.  

Although I have a wonderful static website, I blog because things change. Drive through the city of Indianapolis or any one of the smaller surrounding cities and you will see changes taking place in every neighborhood.

Change is the one thing which is certain in life! Real estate changes, mortgage rates change, laws change. What use to be a good guide for an area has expanded to include regular updates about happenings in an area. This is where a blog is particularly useful in providing information about a subject or region. In my case, the subject is real estate and the region, Metropolitan Indianapolis.

My hope is to be a one-stop desitination for anything and everything pertaining to Real Estate in the Indianapolis area. While I don’t have the answers to everything, I do have access to those who do. While not one of us has the answers to all your questions, collectively, we will attempt to provide you the information you are looking for.

The group of specialists and guest authors include mortgage lenders, the agent, real estate broker, insurance agent, a renovation expert, title representatives, staging consultant, home inspector and………..the list is endless.
