Featured Neighborhood – The Willows in Zionsville

The Willows in Zionsville is one of my favorites. I originally discovered this beautiful neighborhood last year during a city wide open house where I toured this beautiful home built by Havencrest. It was love at first sight. As someone who views many homes and neighborhoods every month, this community just stands out from the ordinary. It’s extraordinary

With rolling hills, green open spaces and fields, walking trails, and mature trees, the developers have retained the natural beauty of the area. The Carefree Living section is built around the ten acre Eagle Lake.

Community amenities include:

  • Pool
  • Kiddie Pool
  • Picnic Shelter
  • Walking Paths
  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • Volleyball
  • Playground

There are three distinct sections within The Willows to build your custom home.

Carefree Living in The Willows

  • North Lake: Carefree Living, Homes by Estridge - from $475,000.
  • South Lake: Carefree Living, Homes by McKenzie -from $475,000.

The Carefree Living section is built around the ten acre Eagle Lake. North Lake and South Lake offer Carefree free living where you can let someone else take care of those lawn chores while you relax and enjoy everything living in The Willows has to offer. Relax, you’ve earned it!

The Willows is located on the South side of 146th street (County Road 300) and just East of State Road 421. While you’ll hesitate to leave your beautiful surroundings and your new home, you’ll find everything you need close by.

It would have been awesome to have been able to see this home and then to comment on it but the link doesn’t seem to be working. I just love all the amenities that this place has to offer, and its just like a whole world away from the rest. Sounds like an amazing place to bring kids up in, with safety being the biggest plus especially in this day and age.
I am really enjoying this blog and all the great posts.
