Paula Henry - Team Leader, Listing Specialist, Marketing Expert and internet guru. Paula’s experience includes hundreds of closed transactions representing both home buyers and sellers.
Paula’s commitment to education has earned her numerous accredidations. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Certified Negotiation Expert, e-Pro (Internet Pro) and a short sale/foreclosure specialist.
At the end of the work day, Paula is a Wife, Mom, Mimi (short for grandma), a daughter, a sister, a friend.

Lesa Furman - Lesa is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis with over twelve years experience respresenting home buyers and sellers throughout the city.
Her attention to detail, energetic personality and knowledge of the real estate transaction process gives her clients a distinct advantage. Many of her clients are now friends and call her time and again for their real estate needs.
Lesa is married with two children, loves gardening, swimming and horses.

Kristi Nelson - Living the past 4 years in Johnson County and the previous 14 years in Morgan County, Kristi appreciates the comfort of the small town communities in the area, yet enjoys the convenience of everything Indianapolis has to offer. Kristi is sensitive to the needs and desires of her clients and understands that each family is unique. She sees herself as a guide, helping her clients navigate through the selling and buying process.
Kristi is a licensed Realtor in the state of Indiana and a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She understands the importance of knowledge in the real estate industry and the role technology plays in her field.
Kristi is a wife, mom, and animal lover. She spends her spare time working outdoors in her yard and helping to care for her family’s 5 acre tree farm.

Rachel Whitaker – Rachel is our Marketing Director. Her responsibilities include creating our Real Estate Show tours and posting all photos, tours and information to various websites for inclusion in our extensive web marketing. Rachel hails from Lexington,Kentucky, is a University of Kentucky Alumni and a true blue Wildcats fan.
She currently resides in Avon Indiana with her husband and two sons. In addition to a retail management background, Rachel also has 4 plus years of print Marketing/Advertising experience. Her personal touch will help create interest in a property and put your best sq. foot forward
Nikki Stevens – Nikki is the team Administrative Assistant and Office Manager for Red Door Real Estate. She received her degree in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her bright smile and cheerful attitude make her an asset to both the office and our clients.
Her work includes assuring every step of each transaction is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Working behind the scenes, coordinating the many facets and details enables our agents to be available to their clients. Her real job is making us look good!
Nikki lives in Brownsburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys camping, family vacations, reading, friends and quiet time.
