Stratford of Avon – Avon Indiana

Stratford of Avon is one of Avon Indiana’s most popular custom home communities in an affordable price range. Many of the homes were built by Lazaro Homes from 1989 through 1997. The homes in Stratford of Avon are on streets named after Shakesperean charachters -  Romeo, Juliet, Horatio, Claudius and MacBeth, lending itself to the timeless tradition of one of the original custom home communties in Avon. This happens to be one of my favorite mid priced range custom home subdivisions in Avon.

The neighborhood has been well maintained and the homes each uniquely built. . Homes here on built on large lots within walking distance to the Avon Town Hall Park. The park offers two playgrounds, walking trails, a pond and endless green space. It’s like having your own backyard play area.

Stratford of Avon is conveniently located close to all local amenities. Just north if Rockville Rd., off SR 267, just minutes from the grocery, the Avon Library and easy access to the airport, Highway 74 and Interstate 70.

HOA fees are only $75.00 a year and include common area maintenance.
